2. Acceptance of Terms

Important: WildWondri is designed for use by parents, guardians, and adult educators - not for direct use by children.

By creating an account or using our Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are the parent/legal guardian of a child using the Service
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • You understand that this platform is intended for adult supervision and management of children's learning activities
  • If you allow children to access content through your account, you will supervise and monitor their use at all times

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Child Accounts and Supervision

  • Adult Supervision Required: WildWondri is designed as a parent-managed platform, not for independent use by children
  • Parents/guardians may create profiles for their children and use the platform to manage their learning activities
  • You represent that you have parental authority over any child whose profile you create
  • You are responsible for supervising any child's interaction with content accessed through your account
  • Children should only access WildWondri content under direct adult supervision and guidance
  • The platform interface and account management features are designed for adult users

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free and Premium Services

  • WildWondri offers both free and premium subscription tiers
  • Premium features include unlimited access to AI-powered learning paths, advanced progress tracking, and exclusive content
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice

Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period

Content Creation

  • Users may create and submit activities, learning paths, and other educational content
  • By submitting content, you grant WildWondri a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content
  • You retain ownership of your original content

Revenue Sharing

  • Eligible user-created content may be offered for sale through our platform
  • Revenue sharing terms: Content creators receive 70% of net sales, WildWondri retains 30%
  • Payments to creators are processed monthly for amounts exceeding $10
  • Tax reporting responsibilities remain with the content creator

Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

  • Be original or properly licensed
  • Be appropriate for children and families
  • Comply with educational standards and safety guidelines
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
